Dr. Rex Dickerson was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He graduated from Crockett High School in 1989. He attended and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX in 1995. He worked nights in the plastics industry in the Houston area for a short period of time, and then on a Seismic Boat in the Gulf for Western Geo. Being away from his family for long periods of a time on a boat was not what he wanted. He began investigating other career opportunities and Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena caught his interest. He attended Chiropractic College and graduated in 2003. Dr. Rex, as his patient’s call him, grew up hunting just outside Fredericksburg on Jung Lane, and has many happy memories of the Texas Hill Country. In December 2003, when the opportunity to serve the Fredericksburg area as a Chiropractor came along, he was very happy to accept. He moved his young family to Fredericksburg and opened his practice in January 2004 with the goal to help people get healthy and maintain their health thru Chiropractic care. Dr. Rex is married to Kristy, who runs his office, and has 2 children, Miranda who lives in Arizona and Cody who will be attending College in the fall.
